Entry to pool area will be granted to all Danbury Forest owners and residents (including renters) who:

• Have a DFCA membership account with photo in the DFCA Membership Portal.
• Are in good standings (financial and otherwise) with DFCA. This applies to owners, renters, and those living within the household).
• Have an account and photograph within the DFCA Membership Portal.

Every owner and resident MUST be checked in at the gate upon entering the pool area.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• • skateboards
  • running
  • pushing
  • dunking
  • rough play
  • profanity or abusive language
  • glass containers and other breakable objects

General Rules:

• Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person of at least 16 years of age while in the pool area or its facilities.
• Children must be able to pass a swimming test to swim in the deep end/diving area. Every lifeguard has the authority to request a swim test.
• All persons shall obey the instructions of the lifeguards. The lifeguards may refuse the use of the pool and its other facilities, temporarily, to persons who violate the rules.
• There will be a rest period of 15 minutes each hour for children 12 years old and under.
• All people must take a cleansing shower to remove suntan oils and lotions before entering the pool.
• Any child who is not “potty trained” shall always wear waterproof pants that seal tightly at the legs and waist or “swim diapers”.
• Swimming aids such as water wings, life preservers, air mattresses, and body floats will be restricted to the shallow end of the pool and may be used only with the permission of the lifeguards.
• Ball playing in the pool or on the deck will be allowed only with the permission of the lifeguards.
• All questions, concerns, accolades should be directed to the pool committee.

Guest Passes and Rules:

Guest passes shall be used upon entrance for anyone who is not a resident of Danbury Forest. 

At the beginning of each pool season, every DFCA household will have an allotment of 10 guest passes.

Additional passes can be purchased HERE or earned with community volunteering (1 hour = 2 guest passes). Please log volunteer hours here 

Any unused paid or earned guest passes will roll over to the following year.

• Danbury Forest owners and residents must accompany the guest during check-in and have available guest passes in their account.
• No guests allowed for residents under the age of 12.
• All guests must obey pool rules. Owners and residents and responsible for guest behavior and actions.

Pool Canopy Reservations:

• Pool canopy reservations are available to DFCA members and renters.
• Available time slots and rules are within the DFCA Membership Portal.  Reservations and payment can be made HERE.
